Mike Tomkins - Managing Director
Mike negotiated his way into the property market in 1988 with a passion to develop. His vision was to produce an innovative product that would be the forefront of a new Commercial / Industrial market.
Mike has a sound understanding and knowledge of the Commercial / Industrial market which has been shown by his speculative developments. All of which have proven very successful.
He has a firm family building background (since 1951) in construction behind him. There for has the knowledge and expertise how buildings can be constructed. Having this knowledge gives him an edge for a well planned development.
Using his experience in property and construction enables him to provide innovative design solutions for developments that are functional from all aspects. |
